Submitting a request
Sending us a form or calling us is a request for contact. It does not create a contract for work and does not reserve an appointment. We will contact you to discuss the job and confirm scheduling.
Estimates and pricing
Any figure given before we see the work is an approximation. Final pricing is confirmed after we inspect the job, and we give you that price before work begins. Prices can change if the work found on site differs from what was described, and we will tell you before proceeding.
Second opinions
Where we review another contractor's quote, our assessment reflects our professional judgement of the work we can observe. It is not a statement about the other contractor.
Scheduling and access
Appointment times are estimates and may move due to emergencies or conditions found on other jobs. You are responsible for providing safe access to the work area and for disclosing known hazards.
Payment
Payment is due as agreed at the time of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Workmanship
We stand behind the work we perform, subject to the terms provided with your invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts and fixtures are provided by the manufacturer.
We are licensed by the California Contractors State License Board, licence #995162. Information about contractor licensing, and about filing a complaint, is available from the CSLB at cslb.ca.gov.
